Step 1

Start by getting a quote for your location, dates and times. On our quote, you'll see a list of vehicles from a number of different car rental companies, ordered by price. You can refine your search to particular vehicle types (e.g. compact cars, mid-sized cars, etc.) by clicking the vehicle category button at the top of the list. You can click on the 'See conditions' link for each vehicle for information about payment method, insurance details, price of extras, etc.

Step 2

Having compared prices and conditions on our quote, choose your vehicle. Unless you have your own car hire excess cover, we'd strongly recommend booking at our Zero Excess rate, which removes the obligation to leave a hefty (1000€+) excess deposit and gives you great insurance cover during your hire. Click through to our Booking Form.

Step 3

You will have arrived at our Booking Form. Fill in the simple booking form with, at minimum, your name, surname and email address. We also ask for your date of birth, mobile telephone number and flight number, but these aren't mandatory. Obviously, if you are arriving by plane late in the evening, it's very important that you provide your flight number, in case of any delay. You can also indicate on the booking form any extras that you required, such as an extra driver or a car seat for an infant. When you're ready, submit your booking request.

What about payment?

Our bookings are, for the most part, completely pay on collection so we don't ask for any payment at this stage. If payment is required (e.g. with Solcar) we'll send you details once the booking is confirmed.

What next?

You'll receive an automated email response to your booking request (if this doesn't arrive in your inbox, please check your Spam folder). Our team will confirm your booking with our supplier as soon as possible (normally within minutes during office hours) and send you your Hire Voucher by email. The Hire Voucher will be sent as PDF file but we also provide a link so that you can view the voucher online. We'd recommend printing out the hire voucher and taking it with you, however this isn't absolutely necessary - our supplier will be able to find your booking with our Booking Number. Note that in the case of off airport pick-up via courtesy minibus, our hire voucher includes instructions detailing where to find the minibus meeting point.

What if I need to modify or cancel my booking?

If you need to modify your booking prior to collection, please let us by email (bookings@bravocarhire.com) as soon as possible. Depending on the modification that you require, it may or may not be possible to modify the booking. Generally, we can change the name of the main driver without any problem. Changes to dates are not normally possible. If we are unable to modify the booking, it will normally be necessary to make a new booking.

If you need to cancel, no problem, but it is very important that you let us know by email. With few exceptions (e.g. Solcar if close to the pick-date), cancellation is totally free of charge.
